QR Tap Mobile is part of the QR Tap restaurant technology ecosystem — the customer-facing Flutter application alongside the platform’s web experience and operational dashboards.

Users can discover nearby restaurants based on location, interact with AI-assisted recommendations for restaurants and meals, or scan a restaurant’s QR code to open its digital menu. The journey continues through menu browsing, meal customization, ordering, and order tracking within one connected mobile application.

The challenge was to combine different restaurant discovery and ordering journeys into one intuitive mobile experience. The app needed to seamlessly connect location-based discovery, AI-assisted recommendations, QR menu access, meal customization, ordering, and order tracking while keeping every interaction simple and mobile-first.
