DoosDoos is a mobility ecosystem built for the Lebanese market. The platform connects vehicle owners, renters, passengers, and drivers through a unified account and a connected web and mobile experience.

Vehicle owners can list cars and earn from unused vehicle time; renters can discover and book available cars. Users can also request rides from nearby drivers or join scheduled shared rides at a lower cost — with wallet, payments, GPS tracking, real-time chat and notifications, and administration tools spanning web, user app, driver app, and admin dashboard.

Z Agency designed and developed the complete digital product from the ground up: UX/UI; React.js web; Laravel backend and REST APIs; Flutter applications for Android and iOS; database integration; real-time systems; administration tooling; QA; and deployment preparation. The platform was field-tested before launch rather than treated as live commercial scale.

The challenge was to bring multiple complex mobility services into one reliable ecosystem.

DoosDoos combines peer-to-peer car rental, ride-hailing, scheduled shared rides, GPS-based pricing and tracking, real-time chat, notifications, payments, commissions, and a digital wallet across web and mobile applications.

The wallet was one of the most demanding parts of the system, requiring accurate financial flows between renters, vehicle owners, passengers, drivers, and the platform.

Testing was equally critical. Beyond development-stage QA, the platform went through real-world field testing to validate rental and transportation journeys under actual usage conditions before launch preparation.
